2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using www.polariscleaningandcare.com, you explicitly agree to bind yourself legally to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease using our website immediately.

2.2 Use of Website

You agree to use this website exclusively for authorized, lawful purposes. You represent and agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully or to commit fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, inject code, or break the website's security structure.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or crawl website assets without explicit written permission.

2.3 Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, graphics, text, icons, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of POLARIS CLEANING AND CARE LLC and are fully protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

2.4 Services

We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services. We do not sell or deliver physical products through our website. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to adjustment at any time.

2.5 Payment Terms

Payment is due as explicitly agreed at booking or immediately upon service completion. POLARIS CLEANING AND CARE LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or charges incurred from third-party payment processor failures.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the exact amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service.
  • Website access is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

2.7 Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

At the Company's sole discretion, disputes arising from website usage or services may be resolved through binding, confidential arbitration in Broward County, Florida, instead of court litigation. Each party shall bear its own legal fees.

3. Refund & Cancellation

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are required to secure specific appointments. These are strictly non-refundable unless cancellations comply in full with section 3.2.

3.2 Cancellation Rules

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the service window. Late cancellations result in loss of deposit. No-shows are charged in full.

3.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

Clients must report any service dissatisfaction or cleaning issues within 24 hours of completion. We will make immediate, reasonable efforts to return and correct the reported issues. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.

3.4 Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the client's original payment method and will process within 7 to 10 business days depending on banking operators.

4. Service Agreement

4.1 Scope of Services

Cleaning services are limited specifically to agreed cleaning tasks at the time of booking. Deep stain removal, mold remediation, structural repairs, or biohazard material removal are strictly excluded unless expressly written and agreed upon prior to dispatch.

4.2 Cleaning Results Disclaimer

Sanitation results vary dynamically depending on surface condition, material type, pre-existing damages, and level of chemical build-up. We do not guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, pre-existing mold damage, structural decay, or environmental conditions beyond normal cleaning scopes.

4.3 Property Condition Disclaimer

Clients must declare all fragile items, pre-existing damages, or high-value items before booking. We assume no liability for damages resulting from undisclosed fragile items, pre-existing physical wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures.

5. Service Terms & Workplace Rules

5.1 Scope of Work

All cleaning tasks will be executed as detailed and authorized in the booking confirmation.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide safe access to the property, secure all pets, remove all hazardous materials, ensure utilities (water and electricity) are active, and declare fragile or valuable items. Failure to meet these conditions may trigger immediate service refusal without deposit refund.

5.3 Damage & Liability Policy

Polaris Cleaning & Care LLC is not liable for wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, pre-existing damages, or undisclosed fragile items. Damage claims must be submitted with photo evidence within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited exclusively to repair/replacement cost up to the price of the specific cleaning service.

5.4 Contractor Status

All workers are authorized employees or independent contractors of POLARIS CLEANING AND CARE LLC. Clients shall not direct, supervise, or control operational staff outside the pre-approved scope.

5.5 Non-Solicitation of Employees

The client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with Company cleaning employees or contractors for private services during the service period and for 12 months following. Violation of this term results in a mandatory $2,500 placement fee plus legal fees.

5.6 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to immediately exit a property and refuse service if cleaners face unsafe conditions, hazardous bio-materials, or abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior from any client.

5.7 Photo & Media Release

Unless requested otherwise in writing, the Client grants POLARIS CLEANING AND CARE LLC permission to take non-identifiable before-and-after photos of our cleaning work to use for training, quality review, and digital marketing. We will never share personal or identifying information.

5.8 Force Majeure

We are not liable for scheduling delays, service cancellations, or failure to perform tasks resulting from conditions beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, road closures, or utility outages.

5.9 Booking Acceptance

By completing a booking on this website or initiating a cleaning request with us, the client represents that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Policy & Service Agreement in full.
